Team Overview:
The Financial Planning and Analysis Team plays a critical role in DiDi’s strategic decision-making by providing management information and insights via analysis on financial and operational performance in the Spanish-speaking LATAM (SSL) region. Working closely with a broader financial team, FP&A helps shape the company’s resource allocation and strategic direction by providing deep analysis and advice on current and forecasted results within the region.

Role Responsibilities:

- Update and maitain financial dashboards to support business decision-making;
- Assist in the monthly financial closing process to ensure accuracy and cleanliness of the P&L statement;
- Conduct legal, political, micro & macroeconomic analysis, among others for the countries in which operate;
- Support the development and structuring of financial models used for forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning and overall all kind of analysis.

Role Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools is a plus;
- Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
