Location: Onsite in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico
Company: CyberCity Call Center
Hours: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM
Compensation: Basic package of 5k plus bonuses.

About the Role:
As a Debt Settlement Closer, you will be responsible for helping clients resolve their financial debt. You will use your sales experience and financial knowledge to guide customers through debt settlement, consolidation, or validation options. A key part of this role is building trust and confidence with clients, helping them understand the path to financial recovery, and ensuring they commit to a plan that gets them back on track.
**Requirements**:
- 6 months of experience in a similar capacity.
- Must be onsite in the Tijuana office.
- English Fluent, both written and verbal.
- Types 35 words per minute.
- High level of work ethic, professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
- Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail, and accuracy while multitasking.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Stays current with industry trends and advancement.
- Effective time-management and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Charismatic and influential leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build trust and confidence with clients to help them commit to a financial solution.
- Review client credit reports and financial information to determine the best course of action.
- Present and sell debt settlement, consolidation, or validation services to clients.
- Clearly explain the financial process and the benefits of the proposed solution.
- Educate clients on how to manage their debt and improve their financial health.
- Achieve and exceed sales and closing targets.
- Handle sensitive client information with care and integrity.
- Document all client interactions and progress accurately in the CRM.
- Maintain a positive and motivated attitude throughout the sales process.
