SUMMARY
Seeking a highly motivated and self-directed individual to implement and facilitate CI tools and methodologies as well as help to mature Chromalloy Continuous Improvement program. To monitor progress and support as necessary to drive project implementation and sustainability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Train and develop associates at all levels.
- Must be able to manage and interact effectively with diverse groups and personalities.
- Must have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Must have strong written and presentation skills.
- Coordinate’s mapping of value streams in order to develop improvement targets.
- Facilitates training, team meetings and kaizen events.
- Supports and positively drives 5S improvements.
- Consults with suppliers and customers as needed to achieve goals.
- Motivates and mentors’ others in the continuous improvement culture.
- Inspires a culture of change and improvement.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum two years’ experience in Continuous Improvement.
- B.D. Engineering.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Strong communication and presentation skills (Bilingual: English/Spanish a plus). Ability to develop training presentations, standard work documents, newsletter articles. Ability to effectively present information to all levels of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be a proficient user of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point. Additional computer skills a plus.
