**About The Role - Training Superintendent**

**Location: Cuatro Cienegas or Monclova, Coahuila, Mexico (Onsite work)**

Administration, supervision, reporting, support and management of training, development and maintenance of skills and awareness in accordance with job descriptions and training needs detected by those responsible for processes within SHES standards, quality, legal regulations, management system and target Orica.

**What you will be doing**

Identification of job descriptions, assisting and gathering the training needs of personnel in coordination with the manufacturing, service and functional areas involved in production for the development and execution of awareness, training, dimensions and required competencies, through internal instruction and/or or external according to the scheduled annual plan aligned with the global SHES standard, legal regulations, management system and Orica objective.

Manage, maintain, administer and report the database and evidence of monitoring and/or compliance with the plans, programs, indicators, standards, feed the electronic record in the LMS platform and physical record; in functional assistance for the manufacturing area; as well as detecting the need for training and development of the personnel in charge.

Manage and work in coordination with service areas to provide external courses that meet the training and competence requirements, including those indicated in the career plan.

**What you will bring**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Administration or Business discipline
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Advance English skills (REQUIRED)
- Labor relationship experience (PLUS, not required)
- Understanding of manufacturing & operational processes/techniques
