**HRBP Labor Relations (Bilingual) - Temporary**

Experience of 5 to 8 years as head of Labor Relations and Generalist in HR.
Coordinate the Human Resources processes. Head of Labor Relations.
Responsible for Developing Policies and Procedures, as well as their drafting and ensuring their authorization and implementation.
Ensure compliance with requirements before Government authorities on Labor issues.
Internally advise the different areas in resolution or prevention of Labor issues.
Contribute to sustain a healthy work environment.
Responsible for compliance with NOM035, NMX025.
Solid knowledge in the LFT, RIT, Codes of Conduct, among others.
Execution of disciplinary measures if necessary.
Master of Contractual modalities.
Update on Labor Reforms

**Experience**

Experience in LFPDPPP issues
Ensure general conditions of work and general administration of personnel.
Provide service as HRBP for 2 locations, with topics such as HR Generalist.
Experience in labor terminations eliminating risks and contingencies.
Experience in Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Training, Internal Communication.
Proficiency in the English language, spoken, written and read as well as writing documents and presentations.
Skills: Task orientation, results orientation, communication and empathy skills, change management
