FUNCIÓN BÁSICA:
Bajo la supervisión directa del Supervisor General Fit, Test, Pack Planta II, se encarga de supervisar y coordinar las actividades de un grupo de asociados para cumplir con los métricos de seguridad, calidad, productividad y costos. Siendo facilitador en el área de trabajo para que nuestros asociados tengan las herramientas necesarias para cumplir con lo anterior.
RESPONSABILIDADES ESPECIFICAS
1. Cumplir con los Roles y Responsabilidades de Seguridad y Salud establecidos para este puesto.
2. Supervisar que se lleven a cabo las pruebas del producto terminado para garantizar que los productos enviados cumplan con los estándares de calidad especificados y las regulaciones de envíos
3. Supervisa el montaje de los componentes en los productos.
4. Supervisa el embalaje y envío del producto terminado.
5. Seguimiento del programa producción en campo hr x hr.
6. Colabora con el departamento de control de calidad para resolver problemas de calidad.
7. Elabora reportes diarios, incluidos los níveles de producción en el departamento.
8. Participa en proyectos de mejora continua, dirigidos a mejorar la calidad de los productos y seguridad en la zona.
RELACIONES Y CONTACTOS:
Relaciones de supervisión:
1. Reporta al Supervisor General FTP Planta II
2. Supervisa directamente a su equipo de asociados.
Relaciones con la organización:
1. Contacto frecuente con el Departamento de Control de Calidad.
2. Contacto moderado con el coordinador de tráfico.
3. Contacto frecuente con áreas de hornos y esmaltado.
REQUISITOS DE EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA:
Educación:
Preferencia Bachillerato o Grado Técnico
Experiência:
Preferencia de 1 a 2 años de experiência en manejo de personal, conocimientos básicos de six sigma, TPS (ToyotaPproductive System), 5s.
Formación:
Conocimiento práctico de software Microsoft.
