El Químico Asociado, tiene a su cargo la responsabilidad de mantener y vigilar los altos estándares de calidad tanto de Producto Terminado, así como como la Materia Prima para mantener los parámetros establecidos por la compañía, cumpliendo con uno de los valores esenciales de Sherwin-Williams: Calidad. Basado en los procedimientos y procesos documenta, verifica y corrige cualquier desviación en el proceso que pueda afectar las cualidades del producto final.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsable de administrar el laboratorio de la Planta de Pintura liquida.
- Dar soporte y resolver problemas de calidad en producción.
- Implementar buenas prácticas de manufactura, proponer la mejora continua en los procesos.
- Asegurar que los productos fabricados estén dentro de los parámetros indicados como especificaciones de producto y las normas establecidas en SW.
- Asegurar que los procedimientos de trabajo en el laboratorio sean seguros para el personal involucrado.
- Revisión de intermedios y producto terminado para aprobación o rechazo.
- Verifica el seguimiento de hallazgos en auditorías del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad
- Cumple reglas cardinales y normas de seguridad establecidas por la empresa.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educacion. Lic/Ing Quimico

Experiência. Realizando trabajo de laboratorio a nível universitario o experiência laboral relevante. Experiência en turnos rotativos. Conocimientos de colorimetria deseable
