Restaurant Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a full-time Implementation pecialist for an accounting firm that works with restaurants in the United States. This person must be tech-savvy and experience working with restaurants.
Job responsibilities:
- Help with the onboarding process of new clients by helping them get used to the restaurant management platform, Restaurant 365.
- Understand the workings of restaurants operations and accounting to help them implement best practices.
- Understand reconciling vendor statements to internal accounting records.
- Communicating with clients throughout the software customization process to obtain feedback and approval.
- Educating clients on how to use purchased software systems and customized system features.
- Creating a specialized document for each client, detailing all customizations made.
- Ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.
- Providing cost and time estimates to clients who require additional customizations to be done.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience working on the operations or accounting side of a restaurant.
- Outstanding English level both written and Spoken.
- Knowledge of the platform Restaurant 365 or a similar software like Soft retaurant is highly preferred.
- Advanced Excel.
- Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
What we offer:
- Gross salary of $20,000 MXN
- Monthly home office bonus of $800 MXN a month
- 100% remote position
