**Job Description**:
Summary:
Ensures the proper functioning of the electrical test equipment, as well as carrying out the analysis and implementation of improvement projects to reduce downtime, in addition to the development of innovative techniques to optimize the flow of the product on the production floor.

Main Responsibilities:

- Maintenance of documentation, software and hardware of test equipment and accessories.
- Verification of electrical test according to standard.
- Preparation of documents related to electrical and functional tests.
- Provide training for test equipment maintenance.
- Prepare maintenance plans for test equipment.
- Ensure the availability of electrical test equipment.
- Window to ISO 9000 for electrical test quality system.
- Carry out activities to achieve goals of Safety, Hygiene, Environment.
- Carry out and participate in continuous improvement projects related to testing equipment.
- Monitor the performance of test equipment through the measurement of KPIs (corrective and preventive actions).
- Ensure the response time to work orders generated to the testing department.
- Support and NPI, RPS, Mes and other departments to provide adequate support to the operations plant.
- Specifies tests to be performed, collects data, and makes recommendations for necessary changes to test equipment procedures, manufacturing processes, new testing requirements, manufacturing processes, new testing requirements, or the test equipment design.
- Recommends the purchase of test equipment through capital projects.
- Coordinate activities of the team of electrical test technicians, as well as ensure compliance with preventive maintenance of test equipment.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to guarantee the efficient development of the function
- Comply with the norms and environmental standards of safety, occupational health, and quality, as well as the RA MMC procedures and good practices, aimed at conserving the environment, accident prevention, health care of our staff and quality of our products.

**Requirements**:

- Electronics and Communications Engineer or related field.
- 3/5 years of experience in electrical / functional test support area.
- English 70-80% spoken and written.
