Senior ISC Expert Investigator

The Expert Investigation lead is responsible to provide leadership on critical and complex investigations related to BS-PS Portfolio PFS and ADDS, resulting from, but not limited to, customer complaint; QN (Quality Notification), CAPAHe / She leads the investigation providing direction, pace and priority, ensuring root cause analysis methodology is well followed driving the investigation team. He / She will be responsible of the internal communication / report out to the Investigation / Problem solving governance; Tier #1 & Sales customer facing team and will be a key contributor to external (Customer) communication

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to lead, plan and coordinate the investigation that he/she is responsible of.
- Responsibility to defines the best strategy to implement the sooner, first a containment, second to find the root cause and third to propose resolution to the issue.
- Will have to document.
- Process expertise as a reference to complex investigations.
- Manage escalation of process improvement actions.
- Responsible to standardize improvement across the network.
- Communicate with customers on investigation progress and corrective actions.
- Lead the implementation teams through or complaint resolution.

**Education and experience**:

- B.S., M.S. in engineering, project management or other relevant discipline with min.
- 10-15 years of industrial experience.
- BD-PS PFS and ADDS product technical and value chain knowledge.
- Knowledge in pharma device or drug delivery industry is a plus.
- Scientific background with mechanical, industrial, physical or Chemical expertise.
- Experience / Background in investigation or root cause analysis.

**Knowledge and skills**:

- Knowledgeable in DMAIC or similar methodology. Six Sigma GB/ BB an asset.
- Structured mindset w/ planning skills (Proactivity / anticipation).
- Communication skills on complex technical topics.
- English is mandatory.
