We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as **.NET Engineer**

**Responsibilities**
- Resolve incoming customer calls, chat, and self-service tickets
- Provide detailed documentation in the ticketing system
- Effectively receive and manage customer issue escalations
- Assume ownership and responsibility for customer technical issues
- Increase the knowledge base by communicating new issue resolution information to the Service Desk administrator through the established knowledge gap process
- Incident management, service/process improvement, user access management, knowledge management
- RCA analysis of certain patterns of recurring incidents
