The Senior HR Operations Manager oversees one of the OLX HR Shared Service hubs, ensuring that employees and managers are receiving a high-quality of HR services and that technology is optimized to its fullest.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and develop HR Operations teams within LATAM Hub

Execute research and development of innovative strategies to leverage employee efficiency and experience
- Develop, mentor, and provide guidance to LATAM HR Operations Team for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction to create an operational center of excellence in the region
- Providing recommendations for the adoption of technology to leverage success and business outcomes
- Monitor the performance of HR systems to drive a better employee experience and success in reaching business goals.

Support HR systems implementations or migrations as to ensure data integrity and quality in HR systems.
- Manage vendor selection processes, and contract review with legal and finance teams' participation as to perform internal and external audits within the region
- Review HR systems and tools performance and present it to the HR leadership team

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge in HR systems management, migration, implementation
- At least 6 years of experience within HR Operations teams in global companies
- Leadership experience within HR Operation teams in regional (latam-based) teamsCapability to coach and mentor regional teams remotely
- Understanding of labor laws in Latin America
- Goal setter and ability to execute processes and reach their progress
- Data driven and autonomous decision making
