Descripción y detalle de las actividades **JOB OBJECTIVE**: Design, implement, and maintain Ever Kind’s AI-first CRM infrastructure to support operations, marketing, and compliance across all departments. Structure data for accessibility, scalability, and AI-driven decision-making while automating key workflows to drive efficiency and lead generation. **STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES**: Phase 1: Infrastructure & Market Intelligence: - Develop and structure databases for: Locations, RAL Facilities, Marketing, Caregivers, Leads, Staff, Clients & Residents, Daily Operations (Logs) and more. - Select and begin implementation of CRM system with strong AI and automation integration. - Evaluate all 50 U.S. states for business viability. - Identify high-potential counties aligned with Ever Kind’s RAL model. - Pinpoint target cities for launch within qualified counties. - Create comprehensive process maps for standard operating procedure (SOP) manuals.
