To work according to requirement of the quality and environmental system, based on existing procedures and instructions, to make the periodical review and update of the procedure correlated with the engineering department. Support for customers (external and internal) concerning the product/process engineering and quotations. To be a key person in production process improvement, as well as product improvement process Looking and propose the standards for Lacroix, like IPC, penalization, product designed, etc. To share the ideas within complete organization. Creation and update the documentation in RFQ face - quotations (75% quotes on time). To be a key person in new project implementation process, starting form RFQ finishing on production approval -cooperation with leading Process Engineer (Methods) Cooperation with other departments in order to achieve the best financial results for company (development of team working spirit). Creation and follow up of the tool used for quotation - matrix, formulas, etc. To use and have an influence on quotation standard in company. Safety at work. Analyze of potential risk and elimination of those (minimum reduction of risk) - 0 accidents. **Qualifications** Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering and others (preferably in Electrical, Electronic or others) General knowledge: - Know and follow procedures and instructions from the Quality System Company, necessary to achieve the tasks assigned. - Know and respect the rules 5s. - Know and respect the behavior rules and operation of the company. - Know and be active in the strategic objectives of the business and service objectives. - Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental rules specific to the profession.
