**Your Role: Talent Acquisition Coordinator**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- ** Track key metrics**: Assist with generating reports to monitor recruitment effectiveness, including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- ** Provide administrative support**: Assist the Talent Acquisition team with various tasks and projects as needed.
- ** Contribute to process improvements**: Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing talent acquisition strategies and processes.

**What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications)**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma / GED with equivalent level of experience
- ** Experience**: A minimum of 1 year of Talent Acquisition Support or HR Coordinator experience
- Outstanding English speaking and written communication skills are required

**What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)**:

- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks from multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrable initiative, proactiveness, and problem-solving skills

**Additional Information**:

- Location: Located within one of Elanco’s Business Solutions hubs in Warsaw, Poland or Guadalajara, Mexico. Hybrid work will be available.
