**What will your day be like at ACPS Automotive Qro as a Junior Controller?**

**Position Authority**:
Notify of any operation or activity that poses a risk to product safety or any aspect within the organization, immediately alerting the relevant areas according to the organization’s escalation plan. Has the authority to make decisions that affect the company’s profitability regarding the approval of PRs, policies, SAP manuals, and everything related to their position.

**Position Responsibility**:
Design and coordinate the efficient accounting administration of the company and financial order, ensuring profitability and sustainability while complying with applicable standards and requirements.

Prepare the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and strategic plan, managing treasury operations.
Lead the management control department, meeting accounting and tax objectives and obligations.
Manage the company's liquidity.
Keep track of expenses and cost reporting.
Conduct risk management. Administer investments and financing.

**Admission Profile**:
**Academic degree**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Public Accounting, Master's degree preferred, proven experience required.
**Knowledge in**: IATF standards, ISO 14001, CSR, Business English.
**Minimum experience**: 5 years as a controller in the automotive sector.
**Desired experience**: 7 years as a controller in the automotive sector.
