**SR. SALES REPRESENTATIVE**
In this role you will be responsible of manage food safety programs and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) as well as pre-requisite programs in manufacturing processes and lead the development of standards to ensure Kellogg products meet food safety expectations throughout the product production cycle.
**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
In this role, you will be part of our success by:
- Leader of the closure and work plan for the internal, corporate and regulatory audits that are held in the plant (SQF, MQFSA, COPEFRIS)
- Implements the FOOD SAFETY guidelines required for plant capital projects.
- Develop technical and leadership competencies of your direct reports.
- Ensures training and updating of the organization on food safety issues and prerequisite programs. (HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices, Cleaning Procedures, allergen control, etc.)
- Provides advice and guidance on Kellogg's food safety policies for their correct implementation and monitoring.
- Prepares, manages and updates the HACCP manual.
**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of experience
- Experience in continuous improvement, pest control and root cause analysis
- Advanced english
- Proven skills required: Deliver results, acts decisively, leadership
