**Your New Role**

The Assistant Production Finance Accountant is responsible for assisting the Production Finance Accountant on television productions in prep and post. This role will provide you with an opportunity to learn about various aspects of the entertainment industry, as well as an opportunity to join a team that is committed to ongoing process improvement and individual development.

**Your Role**Accountabilities**:

- Performs the entering of accounts payable invoices, purchase orders, petty cash and pcard transactions
- Uses problem-solving skills to identify procedural inconsistencies and recommend process improvements that will ensure our procedures and data are compliant, effective, and secure.

**Qualifications & Experience**

- Bachelor´s degree in Accounting or Business Administration is preferred but not required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting or Accounts Payable.
- Strong understanding of invoice processing, vendor management, and reconciliation.
- Advanced Level of english.
- Experience with PSL, Smart Accounting, related third‐party accounting systems and MS Office preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Results oriented mindset with a drive to achieve objectives.
- Ability to interact professionally (written and verbal) with staff and outside vendors.
- Ability to work in a rapidly moving, matrixed environment.
- Experience with digital filing preferred.
- Entertainment industry experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-oriented environment preferred.Must be fluent in English.
- Fast learner and strong problem solver.

- Accounts Payable, Purchase Order, Pcard entry, processing, research and resolution 70%
- Digital filing as required 20%
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned 10%
