Ensure the operation and maintenance of the facilities systems at the plant for guarantee the continuity of the services always in safety way - Following all the FAS and closed its in order to complete the safety standard, closed all the reports of GPAs, 8Ds, GERTS,OSHIM, CTPAT, Security alerts (app) as soon as possible. - Maintain and update theirs regiters into the DRIM, in accordance with matrix, sharing all the info and registers of theirs activities and services that can be part of the DRIM. - Share and update the respective calibrations matrix with the facilities-tool room-TFM Lab equipments documents and equipment that are considering like a part of the list (responsible for theirs equipments) - Coodinate Services contracts like: Landscaping, TFM (Total Fluid Management), Cooling Tower (Nalco), Floor Maintenance, locksmith service. Continuing with the main support with the strategy FAME & Harvesting, ERP Project writer (SAP), ARIBA - Mears requester, Maximo/Tool-Spare parts requester for PE area throught to the NPMW (warehouse). Maintain compressors, dryers, wwpt(waste water treatment plant), lightning system, HVACs, chillers, cooling towers, substations, roofing system, filters machines and bulding & facilities support with Facilities & Tool Room crews: production supports with machining spare parts, toolings, new designs, corrective modifications in mechanicals parts, etc.) - Looking for cost avoidance in spare parts, internal projects for improve savings that impact positively to the PE budget and support to the people for reach KAIZEN requested two times per year, support to the internal strategy of "Labor rate" in order to have all the time of the SXH upload on the Maximo (time of activities involved in all their PE maintenance activities). - Develop, evaluted and coordinate facilities and tool room technicians according People leader role - Guarantee the availability of all systems mentioned in facilities and building at IEPC, Maintain the inventory for equipments and assets s for upload its in MAXIMO and reach the respective calibrations or certifications. Preventive/Corrective maintenance for tool room machines, supports to generate and maintain VJPs for facilities and tool room.Supports with EQO audits and following the internal environmental rules. (chemicals in control in accordance with the own responsibility), Kye contact for TFM for maintain the control of chemicals related with the service contracted.
