**Dental Scheduler / Call Center Agent**
**Location**: Remote (Available to work EST or MST hours)
**Type**: Full-time

We are seeking a highly proficient **bilingual (English/Spanish)** Call Center Agent to join our team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional phone support, ensuring smooth scheduling, and effectively communicating with both patients and internal teams. **What You’ll Do**:

- **Handle Patient Calls**: Manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and empathy.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Fill schedule gaps and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.
- **Insurance Verification**: Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance details.
- **Process Payments**: Handle post-payment tasks with precision.
- **Data Management**: Submit client information and maintain organized records in Dentrix and CRM systems.
- **Collaborate with the Team**: Communicate effectively with the office and internal team to maintain seamless operations.

**Who You Are**:

- Fluent in **English and Spanish**, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experienced in phone support and customer service.
- Reliable and able to work standard office hours in EST or MST time zones.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Dentrix and familiar with CRM tools (preferred).
- Tech-savvy, with basic computer skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: From $10,000.00 per month
