**Profile**:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronic, Industrial Engineering or equivalent professional experience / +10 years of experience working in manufacturing, maintenance, industrial engineering, new products launch / Being part of at least 2 new product industrialization projects as NPL or SLM / +5 years coordinating team of technicians or participation in 2 new products industrialization / Experienced in cooperating with peers on different countries to implement new products industrialization
