Birdman's Manufacturing head/Leader will be responsible for translating business strategy into operational plans to support company growth. He/She will be accountable for the best use of resources in order to fulfill market requirements delivering service, quality and on time product.

Birdman's manufacturing head is the owner of the Total Manufacturing Operations and oversees the total production area and maintenance department while supports actively to the engineering team.

As Birdman's operations head, you will have the opportunity to boost the manufacturing function to pursue excellence: redefining systems, processes, and organizational structure. Your goal as Birdman's manufacturing leader will be to assure the high quality and cost effective of our operations and products aiming for the long-term success of our business by safeguarding the Brand's quality and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the control activities of the production area in order guarantee quality, integrity and innocuity of the product, as well as our internal KPI´s such as OLE, RFT, and cost.
- Develop strategies to increase actual line efficiency.
- Track and guarantee documental system, including Procedures, instructions, methods and records related with the Quality of the product.
- Review, track and improve actual process control and indicators related to reduce/ eliminate nonconformities and customer complaints.
- Plan and execute the production plan.
- Analyze long term requirements, evaluate resources and develop strategies to guarantee business continuity and growth.

**Requirements**:

- Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer, QFB or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven working experience in manufacturing areas in the food, cosmetic, or pharma industry.
- At least 3 years of experience as Manufacturing head in the food, cosmetic or pharma industry.
- Experience in FSCC22000 or ISO quality system implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in high-complexity and agile environments.
- Proven experience implementing TPM strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Operations, Manufacturing Processes, Quality or related field.
- Yellow or Black Belt certified.
- Experience working with multicultural teams.
- Previous experience in operations Start ups or fast growing companies.
- Proveen experience in TPM, SMED and Project management.
