Job Function: Finance The role:
We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as:
**Accounts Receivables Analyst / Collections**

**SoftwareOne**

Scope: Full-time | Location: Mexico City | Hybrid

**Main responsibilities**:

- Focus on collections
- Customer reconciliations
- Handling, sending and uploading invoices.
- Reviewing customer's portals to verify invoices status.

What we need to see from you:

- Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting (preferred), Economics, Banking or Administration indispensable.
- Experience in collections
- Knowledge of accounting records.

**Nice to have**:

- Advanced English is an important plus.
- Service to EEUU and Canada
- Excel

**Soft skills**:

- Assertiveness.
- Frustration tolerance.
- Sense of urgency.
- Working under pressure.
- Enjoyment of routine work.
