**We are looking for a Call Center Recruiter**

**Job description**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team with a results-driven approach are necessary.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and decision-making in a fast-paced high-volume recruiting environment.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/related field.
- Call Center recruiting experience. (1 to 3 years)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Understanding of local job boards.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
