**_Purpose:_**

The Sr. Strategy & Integration Lead is responsible to sponsor, lead, and deliver key strategic programs supported by a team of experienced project managers executing high priority strategic initiatives. This role will require a balance of critical thinking and project execution. Facilitates the deployment and implementation of the strategic plan, assists in the development of tactical and operational plans as needed. Monitors and reports on progress as indicated. The position is accountable for overall integration and stabilization of strategic projects with the base business. This position is responsible of managing interdependencies between major strategic initiatives as well as managing the overall Juarez site resource management tool.

You will be responsible for:
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

- Accountable for developing and implementing the Site Master Plan, which includes, identifying commonalities between projects that require space planning. This person will develop a roadmap for the site's space strategy that is aligned with the long range financial plan, and other site strategic projects, asset reconfiguration programs and footprint expansion projects. Alignment with other franchises located in Juarez is essential.
- Accountability to the business for the delivery of the project objectives.
- Secure and assign project resource requirements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide clear direction and expectations to the Project Leaders.
- Network with partners and influence to ensure both, project success and shown progress towards the site strategy.
- Mitigate or eliminate risks to the supply chain business during project implementation and deploy standard methodologies in project leadership.
- Demonstrate positive relationship building and connection skills in order to drive quantifiable outcomes.
- Support Lean Journey, continuous improvement, credo action objectives and all activities to ensure having a world class manufacturing plant.
- Establish and operate within budgetary controls for assigned projects, understanding and positively influencing benefit to wider plant where possible.
- Develop Project Leaders and Core Team Members in both the 'what' and 'how' of effective project delivery.
- Manages the Capital budget and spending for the site.
- Drive capital, customer service, quality and cost excellence.
- Ensure implementation that delivers effective customer service, quality, cost and inventory results
- Support plant objectives in Environmental, Health and Safety and Quality and Compliance.
- Responsible for presenting business-related issues or opportunities to next management level.
- Follow written and verbal instructions and comply with deadlines.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Follow current compliance regulations and standards.
- Comply with all environmental, safety and occupational health policies (i.e., ISO14001 & OSHAS 18001)
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next level leaders.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Responsible of managing overall Juarez site resource management tool.

**Qualifications**
Qualifications and requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in Engineering or Science. Master’s degree desirable.
- Requires 10-12 Years of experience in manufacturing environment, prefer FDA regulated environment.
- 8 years of management/supervisory experience required.
- 5 years of experience in leading projects, management or sponsorship, preferably with proven track record in sophisticated projects involving partners extern
