**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in analyzing operational metrics and dashboards and help prepare presentations.
- Support the development of tools and resources for process guidance.
- Provide operational support to various departments such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations.
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and contribute to implementing and optimizing processes.
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Assist in preparing and presenting weekly reports to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure tasks and processes are completed in a timely manner and meet expectations through proactive oversight and follow-up.

**Education**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, administration, communications, or a related field.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **NO work experience is required**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination across departments and global teams.
- Organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Critical thinking, analytics, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
