- Los aplicables a los sistemas de gestión.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Evaluar e iniciar el proceso de cambios de ingeniería, mediante la emisión de CR´s/CO´s (sean por cliente, proveedor o interno).
- Realizar juntas de seguimiento de CR/CO´s con el equipo multidisciplinario.
- Realizar y ejecutar diseño de experimentos, DOE; cuando aplique.
- Solicitar la actualización de IMDS en sistema interno, cuando aplique.
- Participar en el análisis de potenciales fallas (PFMEA)
- Revisar, analizar y actualizar DFMEA, de acuerdo a cambios de ingeniería propuestos.
- Apoyar al departamento de manufactura y calidad con los problemas de producción en planta y análisis de causa raíz.
- Asegurar que las pruebas de validación de producto (SPV) se ejecuten y que los resultados y acciones se comuniquen a la organización.
- Liderar los QRCM que se desprendan de un SPV.
- Proveer al departamento de compras y SQE la información técnica que requieran.
- Generar ideas de mejora continua, en busca de reducciones de costo/calidad del producto (VAVE).
- Brindar soporte técnico en plantas de clientes.
- Utilizar las herramientas CAD (CATIA V5, KISTERS) para accesar, actualizar y realizar cambios de ingeniería a los planos, realizado mediante un DWR.
- Asegurar que el BOM de ingeniería sea preciso y está actualizado en el Smart team.
- Realizar auditorías frecuentes al BOM de Ingeniería, buscando que no haya diferencias en manufactura y en sistema.
- Obtener e interpretar información técnica de los planos, (dimensiones, tolerancias, especificaciones de material, etc)
- Elaboración de estudios de Stack Up (análisis de tolerancias)
- Solicitar a Ingeniero de diseño el análisis de elemento finito (FEA) cuando aplique.
- Coordinar actividades para realizar corridas especiales internas y para el cliente, como PTR, SBR. (Definir parámetros; junto con Ingeniería de Manufactura, características del producto, mediciones necesarias, etc); asegurando la entrega de presentación de resultados de PTR al Coordinador de cambios de ingeniería.
- Comunicación de requerimientos de ingeniería con cliente e interface con la planta.
