Senior Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor

Oversees manufacturing process based on specific technology (Balancing, Assembly, Machining) by developing and executing continuous improvement strategies based on AOP and growth projections for the site.
Responsible for RTY, process issues, OEE improvement plans, strategies and execution.
Responsible to maintain updated the documentation of the processes.
Responsible to develop, audit, follow and keep updated PFMEA and processes standards based on manufacturing documentation.
Responsible to maintain the documentation of the process and controls.
Responsible for the layout design and material flow for one or several production cells.
Responsible to implement the lean principles and use Six Sigma tools in the cells such like; one piece flow, takt time, line balancing, standard work etc. on a team approach with the supervisor and shop floor personnel.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s degree on Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering
- Equivalent experience at specific manufacturing process, lean principles, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical principles.
- 5 year minimum experience in Manufacturing Engineering / management position
- English proficiency
- Experience with Kaizen process for a specific line, demonstrate significant improvement on key indicators
- Experience with Plant wide project, example: Layout change, new machinery, new line, upgrade line
