**Jefe de cuadrilla / Teamleader**

**¿Qué necesitamos?**
- Se prefiere una licenciatura con enfoque en áreas comerciales, técnicas o de gestión.
- 2 a 3 años de experiência como supervisor de instalaciones

**Responsabilidades esenciales**
- Desarrolla y mantiene relaciones positivas con los clientes.
- La experiência financiera con los siguientes elementos sería excelente: presupuestos, pronósticos, escaladas, facturas e informes.
- Coordina, supervisa y / o administra las tareas de reparación y mantenimiento realizadas por técnicos, proveedores y contratistas que realizan trabajos de mantenimiento de edificios, jardinería y limpieza.
- Requiere conocimientos básicos de términos y principios financieros. Capacidad para calcular cifras simples como porcentajes.
- Entrena a los proveedores en la orden de trabajo y los procedimientos de facturación. Procesa las facturas y asegura la codificación adecuada del centro de costos.
- Personal a cargo.
