Job Title: Social Media Manager (Bilingual Spanish/English)

We are a new dating app looking for a talented Social Media Manager who is fluent in both Spanish and English, has experience using the most popular social media apps, and is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest pop culture trends.

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies that will increase brand awareness, engage with our followers, and drive traffic to our website.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help create and publish engaging content, including but not limited to videos, photos, text posts, and infographics
- Implement social media strategies across various social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Manage social media accounts and communities, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers
- Monitor and report on social media metrics and KPIs to ensure we are meeting our goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Maintain relationships with social media influencers and content creators

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must
- Experience managing social media accounts, preferably in a B2C environment
- Expertise in using social media apps and platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
- Enjoys using social media, has a natural curiosity about new social media trends, and is excited to experiment with new ideas.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create engaging content
- Excellent knowledge of pop culture trends and how to incorporate them into social media strategies
- Experience managing social media campaigns
- Knowledge of social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and report on social media metrics
- Active on social media is a plus
- Experience using dating apps is a plus
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
