MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THE POSITION:
Responsible for supervising the activities of Import / Export, review the preparation of the necessary documentation according to procedures and laws of Import / Export of goods, products or material for disposal and / or return. Supervise the coordination of transport for shipment / reception of materials and products. In addition to complying with the legal requirements in Foreign Trade, keep a control and analysis of Annex 24 and 31
COMPETENCE:
Associates Degree in related field and 2-5 years’ experience in this position
Knowledge of Mexican Customs Accounting System (CAM)
Mexican National
Able to travel to Reynosa Operations
Bilingual
REPORTS TO: Shared Services Import-Export Manager
SUPERVISES : Import Export Specialist
POSITION RESPONSABILITIES:
- Supervise the import export activities and team in NL
- To coordinate and process import and export transactions for Material and equipment for THE Nuevo Laredo operation
- Preparation of import and export documentation, invoices, and entries
- CAM system maintenance with current information (Cost, Class, tariff)
- Coordinate collection of Affidavits with the divisions
- Attend Reds in the border
- Coordination with the Shipping and Logistics area for shipments preparation of the respective documentation.
- Comply in a timely manner with the reports, notices, requests and renewals of all legal documents of Foreign Trade.
- Direct Communication with Mexican and American Customs Agencies for Import/Export operations.
