**Sales Associate**

**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities through various channels (e.g., online research, industry events, networking).
- Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential apartment communities and or hotels, collecting availability information and gathering information for the sales team.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing excel documents, and preparing presentations.
- Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing property contacts and vendors, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Respond to the Sales Teams inquiries and provide information about locations and possible housing options.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken (conversational level).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
**Desirable**
- Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role.
- Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and methodologies.
