**Job Title**
Specialist Sr Projects

**Position Purpose**
Review current store development processes and focus on planning and tracking the execution of activities to open stores successfully. Management of the store implementation plan with frequent interaction with a variety of internal and external people at different levels of the organization. The project manager communicates with various departments to accomplish tasks, report progress, and bring projects to completion. Coordinate the continuous improvement of the store development process in conjunction with the areas involved.

**Primary Accountabilities**:

- Plans, monitors, and manages internal projects from initiation through completion. Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.
- Research and review processes and procedures assuring step by step validation from the different areas impacted in the projects.
- Develop and communicate a periodic status report for all assign projects.
- Analyze business needs, document the requirements from the business perspective and translate this need to IT requirement or Process improvements.
- Review and analyze all new projects implemented, measure and communicate results.
- Lead the store development continuous improvement process, coordinate the improvement points with the areas involved, document them and communicate the new process.

**Education & Experience**
Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Business
Years of Experience: Five to seven years.
Type of Experience: Project Management
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: PMI or equivalent
Other/Preferred: Retail experience, Store Development experience, Scrum or equivalent.
