Vo (Vehicle Optimization) Coordinator - Vehicle

We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join our vehicle development and validation team. Your role as a member of a cross-functional team will be to provide input to the local Sante Fe Mexico Product Engineering team with validation requirements, for all Vehicle Optimization & Total Cost Reduction proposals. Your input will be based on the validation needs for Vehicle Development testing & Durability testing.
Provide test requirements input to support all VO & TCR proposals from a Benefit / Cost & feasibility standpoint (advanced pre
- approval phase).
Once VOs & TCRs are approved, the VD&V VO Coordinator will establish documented test plans, interfacing with the NA VD&V team at CTC (both Vehicle Development & Durability).
As feasible, the VD&V VO Coordinator may also conduct some level of validation in Santa Fe, Mexico, based on vehicle availability in Region. This validation may include assessing Customer Level Functional objectives at the vehicle level, from all engineering disciplines (Body / Chassis / Interior / Powertrain (ICE/BEV/HEV/REEV), Engine Systems, EE, U-connect)/.
