**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- As a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, you will oversee manufacturing processes based on specific technology (Balancing, Assembly, Machining) by developing and executing continuous improvement strategies based on AOP and growth projections for the site. Responsible for RTY, FPY, process issues, OEE improvement plans, strategies and execution
- Responsible to develop, audit, follow and keep updated PFMEA and processes standards based on manufacturing documentation
- Responsible to implement the lean principles and use Six Sigma tools in the cells such like; one piece flow, takt time, line balancing, standard work etc. on a team approach with the supervisor and shop floor personnel
- Maintain and improve process controls for Quality and productivity, Poka Yoke design and implementation
- Defines usage of specific operating supplies/tools/ spares for budget administration

**Experiência y requisitos**
- Bachelors degree on Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering Experience launching new projectsDevelop new assembly processExperience leading automation or industry 4.0 projectsExperience with plant wide projectsBilingual (spanish-english)
