Role Overview and Responsibilities:
**Introduction**
- The position of Tecnico Electromecanico de prueba electrica, the scope is to support production department in the repair & maintenance activities mainly related to test equipment & all peripheral equipment & instruments, continues improvement & day to day activities, reports to the Repair & Maintenance Test Engineer & owner to maintain the designated area also the electrical test equipment in good performance to control the work orders for PM's as assigned_

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible to support production areas in the R&M electrical test activities_
- Responsible to report Down time in the log sheet_
- responsible to list the critical spare parts for the key equipment_
- responsible to execute preventive maintenance work orders_
- Responsible to identify unsafe or near misses_
- Responsible to execute extraordinary activities assigned by R&M Test Eng._
- Responsible to record issues & events on the key equipment_
- Responsible to fill all the required reports from Q.C, Eng. or Maintenance_
- Responsible to repair electrical test equipment as required_
- Responsible to maintain a good work environment_

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:
**Core Requirements**
- Electronic Technical degree, or 5 years of experience on similar position_
- Ability to read & create electrical diagrams, electronics & pneumatics_
- Experience to handle electronic measuring equipment such as: Oscilloscope, generators, etc._
- Experience to diagnose & repair electronic equipment failures_
- Ability to built electronics & electrical circuits_
- Experience to integrate electronic measuring instruments_
- Experience to calibrate electronic measuring instruments_
- Experience with test equipment preventive maintenance_
- Ability to use mechanical & power tools_
- Experience on continues improvements tools such as: 5S’s, TPM & SMED_
- Sense of urgency_
- Schedule availability_
- Positive & service attitude_
- Ability to teamwork_
- Proactive_
- Experience on schematics reading_
- Experience in Pneumatic, electrical control, hydraulic, Basic electricity_
- Computers Skills (MS Office)_

**Desireable Skills and Experience**
- Non finish Engineering career_
- Lab view programming_
- PLC & HMI Programming_
- Assembler language_
- C++ programming_
- English 50% _
- Solid Works_
- Auto Cad_
- SQL or database software (Access)_
