What will you do?
- Manages business relationships to engage and enable adoption of digital technologies, services and platforms.
- Searches / creates opportunities for digitalization, technology trend scouting and evaluates innovation ideas. Facilitates ideation and roadmap creation for digital transformation of Siemens business.
- Promotes digital mindset, digital technology innovations and learnings with customers, stakeholders and Global Hub teams.
- Determines, explains the value of digital solutions, business case and facilitates decision making.
- Consults and implements the changes associated with digital transformation, new business models & ecosystems, user experience, services deployment and/or scale up.
- Active team member for co-creation / development of new MVPs / solutions / services for internal process improvement and/or external customer offerings.
- Collaborates and works with Internal, external service providers, start ups, value centers and service owners / managers for high quality solution delivery.
- Inspires with self drive and passion to continuously explore innovation, digital transformation.

What will you need to succeed?
- 6 to 8 years of consulting experience in technology industry
- Experience in IT / digital technologies solution/service development
- Experience of working in multiple medium to large projects
- Working knowledge of agile methods. Certification in consulting and project management methods preferred.
- Experience of working in multi-cultural teams / international environment
