**Job Summary**:
The Junior Warehouse Manager is responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, space optimization, and efficiency in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. This role is ideal for someone with supervisory experience in a warehouse setting looking to develop management skills and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic logistics environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, replenishing, and shipping products.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize warehouse space and enhance operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation of improvements in storage and inventory handling processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of goods.
- Coordinate task assignments and monitor the performance of the warehouse team, ensuring delivery timelines and productivity goals are met.
- Provide training and development for warehouse staff on storage techniques and best practices.
- Generate regular reports on inventory status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other warehouse metrics.

Experiência y requisitos

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Warehouse Supervisor or at least 5 years as a Warehouse Supervisor.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Ability to organize and coordinate work teams effectively.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and a focus on process optimization.
- Flexibility to work according to warehouse operational needs.
