**Job Purpose**:
To gain basic experience in the design process, supporting on administrative tasks, follow up tooling projects activities, performance metrics and process standardization.

**Job Duties**:
Work is directed by a Supervising Engineer, Staff Engineer or Project Engineer and is normally supported daily by technical personnel, test and evaluation engineers, plant personnel and suppliers.

Gains exposure to the various methods to conceive product design concepts including preparation of engineering drawings and designs by manual and computer graphics. Gains experience on administrative, accounting, and invoicing process for global team.

Adheres to established standards, policies and practices relating to quality, cost reduction, safety, ergonomics, etc.

**Background/Experience**:
Bachelor’s engineering degree.

Minimum 1 year of experience related in design or mechanical design process

Experience related with design programs: CAD, CREO, Solidworks

SAP Knowledge experience required

Process standardization methodology.

English desired

Must have strong problem solving and good communications skills.
