Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication; Mechatronics or a related career *
**English advance 80% (Read, Spoken and Written)**
*Experience: at least 5 years of experience in FA
Knowledge
- Knowledge of Basic Electronics (Analog / Digital)
- Knowledge in advanced diagnosis (Experience 1 year at least in the position)
- Use of measuring instruments (Multimeter, Oscilloscope, LCR)
- Knowledge of ICT and functional equipment, heat chambers
- Knowledge of MS2, Python, Java, C ++ languages
- Knowledge of communication protocols.
- Knowledge in Office parcel, Google sheet
Activities
- Advanced diagnosis of defective components and / or units focused on finding root causes.
- Technical support to the personnel in charge of units with HARD DEBUG diagnostics
- Preparation of reports describing the analysis carried out on components and / or units with defect for supplier claim
- Take conferences with suppliers or clients as required by the project.
- Generate a BonePile and WIP reduction plan
- Holding training meetings in the assigned project
- Follow-up of the corrective actions implemented with respect to a previous analysis.
- Training for MDS and F.A. of root canals found on production lines or vendors
- Implementation of improvements in the area
- Train MDS and F.A. in the correct use of measuring equipment
- Correct handling of the units and tools provided by Sanmina
- Advanced management of measurement equipment (differential oscilloscope, wave generator, spectrum analyzer)
- Train test technicians and operators in triage validations.

JOB DESCRIPTOR
Failure Analysis Engineer : Evaluates the electrical and mechanical characteristics of systems and/or integrated circuits, components, sub-components and systems to determine the cause of failure, including the verification of analog and digital performance. Analyzes failure reports and recommends corrective action. Develops methods, processes, procedures and equipment that will improve the failure analysis process and/or reduce failures.
