Supervisar el cumplimiento de estándares fisicos de condiciones de servicio en habitaciones y áreas públicas; empleando a los servicios de apoyo como es la lavandería y áreas públicas para lograr la misión del hotel; ser la segunda casa del huésped

**Principales funciones del puesto**:

- Mantener en perfecto estado físico las habitaciones y las áreas en general del hotel, a través de la planeación y discreción de programas de limpieza, y de reemplazo de equipos y suministros de operación.
- Coordinar y supervisar la ejecución de los procesos de lavandería, tintorería y planchado tanto interna del hotel como de servicio a huéspedes (donde aplique).
- Supervisa los programas de limpieza de habitaciones y se asegura que éstas se mantengan en óptimas condiciones.
- Coordinar y supervisa los programas de limpieza de las áreas de huéspedes, áreas públicas y oficinas del hotel.
- Asignar áreas prioritarias de limpieza a los supervisores y auxiliares de limpieza
- Controla administrativamente y operativamente su área.
- Custodia los objetos perdidos.
