¿Te apasiona la tecnología en la nube y disfrutas construir relaciones a largo plazo con clientes? Queremos conocerte En Ingram Micro México buscamos un especialista en Customer Success para impulsar el éxito de nuestros clientes en su adopción de soluciones Cloud.

**Responsabilidades principales**:

- Maximizar la experiência y rentabilidad de nuestros socios de negocio mediante la gestión y renovación de su ARR (ingresos recurrentes anuales).
- Acompañar a los clientes en todo su ciclo de vida, asegurando una experiência positiva con nuestras soluciones en la nube.
- Convertir a los socios en expertos para sus clientes finales, impulsando la adopción de la plataforma **Xvantage**.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora, expansión o renovación de servicios.
- Coordinar con equipos técnicos y de ventas para garantizar entregas exitosas.

**Requisitos y habilidades**:

- Experiência previa en roles similares (Customer Success, Consultoría, Postventa, etc.), idealmente en entornos Cloud.
- Conocimiento de plataformas como AWS, Google Cloud o Microsoft Azure (deseable).
- Análisis de volúmenes de datos y Excel avanzado.
- Diseño de tableros en Power BI.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, resolución de problemas y orientación al cliente.
- Ingenieria en Sistemas o carreras a fin.
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
