Team Overview:
Being a member of the Strategy team at Didi Food Delivery Central will put you at the center of the action, taking a leadership role in critical workstreams of the operation, and becoming a Champion for the team. You’ll lead the projects and initiatives that will take DiDi Food to the next level, and Mentor the team to accelerate their capabilities and professional development.

We are looking for an individual who is comfortable tackling complex cross-functional issues and who is ready to collaborate to drive solutions for our key strategic and operational challenges.This role will have a direct impact on how DiDi food drives it’s strategy on the delivery and last mile going forward. The individual who joins the team will be passionate about Operation, last mile, Platform Food delivery and ready to deliver high impact analysis (i.e. deep understanding of the competitive dynamics in the regions where we operate and across our different products etc.).

Role Responsibilities:

- Active participation on the operational strategy and execution for the Delivery Central at a regional level with clear Project scoping and management of priority initiatives to be implemented across
- Support operational improvement initiatives and process improvement implementation across the Region.
- High level of Data analysis of internal and external environment to drive strategic decisions around, process, pricing and product prioritizations
- Develop thinking and frameworks around medium and long term strategic decisions as well as better understand Competitors last mile strategies
- Identify needs or unidentified opportunities and serve a a cross functional connector to surface them to appropriate teams
- Drive annual planning process for All Delivery Areas, including budget goals, headcount models,City planning, quota, and compensation design and management in close partnership with Finance and other leaders
- Create a better understanding of pipeline, forecasts, retention, and other OKRs while bringing best-in-class strategy & planning techniques to support leadership maximizing orders, efficiency and experience

Role Qualifications:

- +7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, consumer goods, Strategy, Other Apps or internet services with passion to drive changes.
- Proven track record in project management, leading projects end to end, identifying opportunities with data, designing, piloting and implementing initiatives to successfully tackle them.
- Assertive and not afraid to make decisions, but always open to feedback and suggestions.
- Clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight the key insights.
- Expert working knowledge of Excel/Gsheets & SQL is a must. Programming languages (Python, R) highly appreciated
- Proven hands-on mentality, self-motivated and self-directed: feeling comfortable taking ownership to ensure solutions at micro and high level
- Solid problem solving skills to tackle problems from different angles using data-driven thinking to identify insights and develop potential solutions in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent organization and time management systems.
- Full proficiency in English & Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Computer science, Actuary or any related bachelor’s degree.
