**Job Purpose**:
Execute and control post-sale service activities, relevant to the installations, user training, preventive and corrective maintenance programs and attention to the warranties of the biomedical equipment marketed by Maquet Mexicana, and in accordance with Technical Service Division guidelines, the applicant must be responsible for final user training sessions and/or other organization officials when necessary.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Fully know technical features of marketed equipment by organization, as well as command the details of thereof functioning;
- Develop service training sessions of biomedical equipment addressed to the organization personnel when necessary;
- Develop equipment technical inspection and ensure its proper operation before being dispatched to customer;
- According to Technical Service Division guidelines, execute the pre-installation, installation, assembly and setup of the equipment, as appropriate, while delivering to the full satisfaction of the customer as a post-sale service.
- Develop the user or technical user training sessions of the biomedical equipment;
- Check the equipment operation and all its modules before each presentation;
- Keep an inventory of the stock of supplies for the proper performance of the testing;
- Prepare the supply items and the essential material for each equipment presentation;
- Request the maintenance coordinator the search of replacement parts according to the technical diagnostic for each service;
- Draft a technical service report for each service performed
- The other assigned activities inherent to the nature of the position
- Fulfill the procedures, rules, values and policies established by the global and national levels of Getinge.
- Other assigned activities innate to the nature of the position.

**Education and requirements**: Professional in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering or Electronic Engineering with specialization in Electromedicine with administrative training.

**Previous background and Job experience**: At least two (2) years of experience in similar positions and companies of similar size and complexity, desirable in biomedical equipment commerce or maintenance services sector

**Knowledge and experience in**: Knowledge of Office software, Advanced English,

**Special Conditions and Features**

The position requires international traveling. An average 40% of annual travel is foreseen, but it can vary depending on the project needs
