**Descripción del puesto**:
En **Mexitours**, estamos buscando un(a) **Ejecutivo(a) de Reservaciones Bilingüe** con excelente atención al cliente, habilidades en ventas y dominio del inglés. Serás parte fundamental del equipo encargado de gestionar reservaciones y brindar asistencia personalizada a nuestros clientes nacionales e internacionales.

**Requisitos**:

- **Escolaridad**: Licenciatura en Turismo (pasante o titulado)
- **Idioma**: Inglés avanzado (indispensable)
- Edad: 25 a 40 años.
- Experiência previa en atención a clientes y reservaciones
- Manejo de herramientas digitales y sistemas de reservación
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita

**Funciones principales**:

- **Atención al cliente multilingüe**: Atender y asistir a huéspedes de diferentes nacionalidades por medios digitales y telefónicos.
- **Gestión de disponibilidad**: Monitorear y gestionar disponibilidad de habitaciones para evitar sobreocupación y optimizar ocupación.
- **Procesamiento de reservas**: Realizar y gestionar reservas individuales y grupales de forma ágil y precisa.
- **Asesoramiento y ventas**: Brindar información sobre tarifas, servicios, políticas y características de habitaciones para incentivar las ventas.
- **Resolución de problemas**: Gestionar solicitudes especiales, resolver dudas o incidencias de manera oportuna.
- **Documentación y reportes**: Elaborar documentación relacionada con las reservas y generar reportes sobre el estado del inventario.

**Horario de trabajo**:

- **Lunes a jueves**: 9:00 a.m. a 6:30 p.m.
- **Viernes**: 9:00 a.m. a 7:00 p.m.
- **Sábados**: 9:00 a.m. a 2:00 p.m.

**Ofrecemos**:
