**What will you do?**

Oversee the manufacturing engineering and maintenance functions within a plant environment. Ensure that all engineering and maintenance activities align with operational goals and standards, particularly within medium/small-sized plants.

**How will you do it?**
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize plant efficiency and equipment reliability.
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineering teams to integrate maintenance activities with production schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment and systems to identify maintenance needs and improvements.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring compliance with financial and operational objectives.
- Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff to enhance skills and performance.
- Implement best practices in maintenance management and engineering to improve overall plant operations.
- Compliance with quality and EHS audits
- Search and management of maintenance policies
- Resource optimization
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Reduction of downtime
- Fulfillment of KPIs: MTTR and MTBF

**What are we looking for?**
- A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in maintenance management or engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of maintenance processes and engineering principles.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and engineering tools relevant to plant operations.
- ** Experience in stamping, pressing and die-cutting processes.**
- ** Fluent in English
