En Inventia Lab estamos buscando Product Designers. Somos una agencia de diseño centrado en las personas y desarrollo de software a escala.

Estamos buscando talento de nível **Senior** y **Middle** para sumarse a nuestro equipo como consultores en una reconocida institución financiera.

- Que diseñes **experiências memorables** y centradas en el usuario.
- Que tomes decisiones informadas, **basadas en datos**, considerando siempre los objetivos del negocio, los alcances del proyecto y los posibles obstáculos.
- Que cuentes con experiência en **proyectos end to end**, desde la investigación hasta la entrega.
- Que sepas **liderar el proceso de diseño**, promoviendo la innovación y desafiando soluciones establecidas.
- Que tengas una **comunicación efectiva**, capacidad de colaboración y habilidades de negociación.
- Que trabajes con **autonomía, responsabilidad y flexibilidad**.
- Que tengas disponibilidad para asistir **2 a 3 veces por semana a oficinas en CDMX** (zona Poniente).

**Requisitos**

**Experiência**:

- **Senior**: 5+ años diseñando productos digitales (indispensable).
- **Middle**: 3+ años diseñando productos digitales (indispensable).
- Experiência en sector financiero (deseable).

**Conocimientos**:

- Diseño centrado en el usuario (DCU)
- Usabilidad y principios de accesibilidad
- Design Thinking
- Metodologías ágiles (SCRUM)
- Investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa
- Diseño y ejecución de pruebas con usuarios
- Design systems, atomic design y principios de diseño
- Experiência multicanal
- Behavioral Economics (deseable)

**Herramientas**:

- Figma, Sketch, Miro, InVision
- Google Workspace
- Adobe Creative Suite

**Formación**:

- Licenciatura en Diseño Gráfico, Diseño Industrial, Comunicación, Psicología o áreas afines.

**¿Qué ofrecemos?**
- Contratación directa en nómina al 100%
- **Sueldo Sr**: Hasta $42,000 brutos mensuales
- **Sueldo Middle**: Hasta $37,000 brutos mensuales
- **Prestaciones de ley** + **Prestaciones superiores**:

Sueldo: $30,000.00 - $47,000.00 al mes
