**Property Manager**

**Requirements**:

- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, International Relations, or Tourism.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Hotel industry. It is crucial to mention that management includes three developments, requiring expertise in the hotel sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the administration and operation of three developments.
- Manage tenant relationships, address issues, and handle repair or maintenance requests.
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess their condition.
- Administer and supervise the policies for cleaning, gardening, and fumigation staff.
- Manage and oversee maintenance contracts with various providers.
- Control and supervise refurbishments and consumables.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair services to ensure properties are in good condition.
- Develop strategies to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Inventory control of assets.
- Customer service.
- Manage finances related to the properties.
