**Client Services Associate**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Interaction**: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, address inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally.
- **Onboarding and Training**: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and conduct training sessions.
- **Client Support**: Provide ongoing support, help clients navigate products or services, and resolve issues.
- **Communication Liaison**: Act as an intermediary between clients and internal teams, conveying feedback and requirements.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate client records in the database or CRM system.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the company’s products or services.
- **Cross-Selling and Up-Selling**: Identify opportunities to sell additional products or services to existing clients.
- **Issue Resolution**: Investigate and resolve client issues or complaints.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Prepare and maintain documentation and generate reports on client satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall client experience.
**Requirements**:
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- No degree required.
- Previous experience in customer service is desirable.
**Job Details**:
- Salary: $15,000 MXN per month.
- Work mode: Remote.
