**Senior Manager - Oracle Applications Development**

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Oracle Applications Development to join our team at MMC. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Senior Manager - Oracle Applications Development to at MMC, you will be setting development standards, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, optimizing development processes (Agile/DevOps), and ensuring seamless integration of emerging technologies. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise across multiple platforms, and the ability to manage large, geographically distributed teams.

**We will count on you to**:

- Serve as the single point of contact for managing multiple development resources across geographically distributed teams. Align workload, monitor progress, remove obstacles, and ensure effective communication between developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance on Oracle Financials initiatives, collaborating with functional and technical teams to ensure system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades meet business requirements. Participate in solution design and troubleshooting complex issues.

**What you need to have**:

- At least 5 years of experience as Manager for Oracle technology teams or initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences/mathematics
- Solid organizational and time management skills include attention to detail.
- Experience working within complex (international) environments.
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a virtual team and within tight deadlines.
- Deep Knowledge on Project and Process Design, especially in the areas of Oracle Financials.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English and Spanish.
